3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions! J# ^0 I! v. C" a T2 a; d
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
- y9 }0 g, G# m# m, L( ^7 |5. Has class 5 drivers license
K4 g3 j9 ~& q2 p6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

* C% R3 W1 k1 |; D* a# v* P$ c1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools. h: C- E) U. h
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
# P9 ~3 l6 a9 l& J |: I3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
% v$ P+ F4 Y% p: Y4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices4 O0 _) y7 U) Q* Y/ r/ A( R
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
" r/ w- v w5 D( ]6 e6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
