1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
* k+ \/ F1 m5 t, Ghigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
5 \! m, ?' v% Y, o( kaccordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
) M. ^* e% O% E& N' U& t4 y+ ? utotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.- H5 }' h$ T* J. j% B$ v
, _" q7 D$ c- Z/ G6 L4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, - n/ U) f- }7 \. b Q
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
' k/ y* Y! N6 F4 iand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

- ^" k2 o( V- E8 U5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate ; @+ v# S& z: L& F9 U

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health 2 v' m8 p6 P2 X; `* B3 H- N! T
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS;) A/ m+ V7 }; u5 S1 }! O+ A
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.8 w/ |" l( A- c1 s! \
5 y* f) ?9 m$ L; A2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
$ c# Z* c* d: F+ u6 Yoperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union / h: W/ z# t' g' b. A
policy.

card transactions.
