1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

& c+ l" \; u u* _( z: V4 g5 l" y2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

, e6 M. {$ \) |: R# u9 a3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

6 u. b, t, d4 B- x3 q8 A4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close # n, w1 B2 }9 c* h
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
