JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:+ `7 k3 ~8 l9 n- n& N6 L/ p
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and : G7 J) Y/ X& @ Z/ t5 O3 ?, p3 z
beverage items., i' W0 r2 N: v* ?( p$ q9 ~

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
4 f8 Y/ g+ f4 \7 [bar and debit floats.

2 a( }" L4 u* D; P3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
4 _ E, T4 }) h7 H; @; ]each shift, and upon closing.3 e. b2 k4 H0 x& t! J: E. P
' @' v1 h3 K% t" ~4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
! f1 U, G7 T. t4 c% Z+ e" _attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and ; a$ i0 k" s9 a" l
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.: c$ T+ g2 o- R- h' c
" q, H# b& K2 s2 x* m5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in , R. a# C: E( b& B
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 6 k* L6 S$ \! m% I
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
# k9 M& q6 J/ W5 t0 f3 v8 lmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a # w5 K2 o6 D. q0 b
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in # G. ?7 [4 M3 k2 q' T
accordance with Students' Union policies.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume & ^6 X* W$ J h* K6 |% q+ ]& y
