Two shifts
8 B0 R9 p" l3 Q; u3 Q5 \  j27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
: B/ H* R9 J5 ~3 Y! [. Pp.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

' _: R" w. o8 l3 k1 _JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

0 A9 U) o! s/ }7 `2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

2 n* A; A& ]. B2 ?, o  y; t5 M) O5 M4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

7 {+ T$ y8 }9 ^# M  ]9 |) `1 f) i6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7 v' N0 {* b( h  f  w7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
) i0 u0 ^6 i& K4 hshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

3 [9 U8 Z" |$ H% j7 I To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

$ W( X' [* z) m* J# u4 C' U& O( bQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

+ {5 @$ W4 F& {2) Previous experience with food inventories.

" Y- y/ P  c' L2 C; S4 ?3) Cashier experience.
5 f4 i) d! R/ h/ D# A# ~4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) [5 }( v6 E+ B
5) Very good public and staff relations.

& Z# U) ]0 f- |9 p4 @4 X& `6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
