2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.+ a) R9 ]" Y* z" p

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.4 A) h( t6 [* h/ K& i
* l/ O6 Z L6 ~/ W# ?6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating
' W+ ?3 c4 w/ U8 O0 \* Rshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

3 X1 } }9 O p9 cQUALIFICATIONS;
$ ~" D' L0 U2 l1 `1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough 7 ]+ l( W/ B* l! @+ ?/ h) J# F
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.3 Q' o/ r e" ^9 N+ z
# i, [* }* i8 h/ x( ^% C2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
