Two shifts
/ S; J1 h+ @# A27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

- u9 j; d: _$ [6 e# QJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
7 H) N0 f0 R4 H3 ?' vOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

% Y4 F5 J+ Z9 A% e' z& `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
5 c1 F6 N/ v) o) y5 `" g: F: z1) Serve as cashier when required.
3 w* E% l2 j# L* d: M
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
! w& l7 i2 v: M5 I& ]( T
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

* l/ O6 Z  L6 ~/ W# ?6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' W+ ?3 c4 w/ U8 O0 \* Rshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

3 X1 }  }9 O  p9 cQUALIFICATIONS;
$ ~" D' L0 U2 l1 `1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

# i, [* }* i8 h/ x( ^% C2) Previous experience with food inventories.
0 |, o% ?( {$ Y/ Y; i( F' }
3) Cashier experience.
9 V1 a, c+ m& B8 K7 B4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

/ g7 G2 D* k1 V& X# |/ H' h6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
