Duties include: integrating with a multifaceted research program geared' {+ _9 E: J$ }- A& G/ V
at mercury and trace elements emissions control; maintaining a( N( D) q1 ^0 l7 U2 c
laboratory book; communicating problems and implementing solutions
; r: [5 F5 j. Z+ b. N8 s! `8 [effectively with assigned lab supervisor; and flexibility to interact
/ H# C& S: A0 s9 f8 Wwith a number of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will develop
+ _# { o$ h, c( Z1 g7 F7 M& Q Wskills in analytical techniques, fundamental and applied research in a: X8 S# {; ~2 i# e3 l T% f* Y" H
supportive environment. Possible interaction with full-scale testing of1 F8 g; G, U# t4 w( @
novel materials and inter-departmental facilities.

No previous experience necessary; ability to work with people, work
4 y% U4 n$ U; dsafely and learn new skills in a laboratory environment; interest in
3 \! E+ N& @+ f1 kenvironmental emissions controls for industry.
$ D6 M0 g! q# x9 B7 C' y7 d% u4 n' K+ t$ K
Preference will be given to second year or more advanced students with
+ Y/ J& P+ C* T' idemonstrated relevant program interests. `) ]% C; C7 a7 ]3 ?% G$ I
