" v+ I5 l& P" g+ I3 ]Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
9 J# z+ z- c/ ?& ^* u' G5 q  PLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Preferred

Canadian post-secondary credential

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
5 ~6 s( |+ c: N* D3 T" {* }Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
# `) d9 E% t) E% g% JMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
