Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
0 Y- ?0 H4 ]6 G$ Z$ YHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
' ]% c5 n) {2 o! A: i9 ^6 A+ M7 eVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements

Post-secondary degree

Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
/ ^, O" ?: M; b" z7 [( ]9 {Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
0 t9 R, `  a6 D; |; B; F: cMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
