Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required

Probation: 90-day probationary period

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

) M+ \0 H  ~0 A  _# r3 U4 U! K; sInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
9 e" @5 }- V' }. w# _5 ^4 gManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
3 @0 v! _1 E9 V7 x3 Y+ CMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
