Why not Mobile home ?

I cannot type Chinese in my computer,sorry for that.

- m$ f% [, F6 T' n; g) z/ @/ y3 EI do have a question: because mobile home is so cheap, still not so many people tend to buy, why? what is the reason behind?

I am a poor guy, mobile home looks very attractive to me, and I am hesitating, can any one give a clue?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need

7 ~# h+ e, f' b  crent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
