3 L- K/ p# n1 A; a# G•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 {! t$ T/ Z  k( _1 r' I9 D: MDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
5 |5 j2 H1 N0 s: O•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

( x3 r* Y( H  i3 f( _% U4 q4 M•        Lead by example in company service standards.
! r8 g- n% v6 l3 z3 Z' t7 g! w•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
7 F1 v* ]* {9 _+ W3 Y1 o8 z•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

- W4 \) Z1 v$ [  r) `•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  B; l2 |' O' x1 t/ I) D•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
. \) h! X0 U2 ]: `$ u& j•        Excellent customer service skills.
8 n, o% x* J/ \3 N3 f# \•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
0 n- v6 ^- N' Q7 [% H; @•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
