Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 o* q1 E3 z- j6 A6 j• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team." J. J# J' Y7 c; L
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.

• Maintain employee files and records.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.' }7 Q* K, Y( i
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.$ U' N# Q: \% M) p6 B% v) Z
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.: Z% H1 N" v; l' B& q5 c& }* r9 d
• Excellent customer service skills./ t7 w/ s! i: w
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.4 d+ h" R' F3 C) `
