POSITION SUMMARY:

! u6 N- ~( ]$ ?  Q; }/ ~# ~•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
: Y" b0 A; W8 t0 [% l8 F  Q$ `•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, g* C& v" K4 V2 r( X. e( U•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
5 e2 @: e' L) O" |* r•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
/ F2 Q* |3 v  L: j  \, m•        Maintain employee files and records.
; p3 ~2 d$ `7 L1 k4 g: \•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
0 f! V0 I+ b! d" o) r•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
/ m8 Z6 j4 ^& n2 u& V) e•        Excellent customer service skills.
# D$ L( I# R7 F" @8 D•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
