•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

& N7 e( a5 L  m9 `$ Z* C' r
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
% r8 ?. F% Y, F•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& z3 F7 H2 F( \. s: S& m1 b•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
6 r( S9 \# |; H- w, c•        Excellent customer service skills.
. _+ V) U+ j  {•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; h9 h, ^. I3 U, D7 u•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
