% c  q8 n& u$ z: X& Z% d6 Y•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
* T5 Y# V6 r; mDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
& }. m8 h) Q! I; I. y& Y6 `•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
9 m& u+ d0 m& O6 S& i•        Lead by example in company service standards.
, q( ~; K- A  T  k7 ?- b0 h) c. k•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
& A. q6 R) }. S3 ]7 y•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
, {/ B; O/ i$ H& b•        Excellent customer service skills.
! B4 j% n7 t3 o) }3 z. H' H7 T•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
