: I" l( u7 Y6 q4 ]•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
  r- [- O7 j+ Q* i& a4 q•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
/ s' `: V# Q) l$ ~•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
" C9 v4 E* y1 i* E& I•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
/ `/ W3 q+ w" o& e1 d0 c. k; u) x•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

* Y; F4 S5 {" d0 HREQUIREMENTS:
$ N- s; C7 A; u2 m
! ~5 b2 A3 O% a. C" s•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
