POSITION SUMMARY:

% ?9 F4 F+ B  z1 K, C% o•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
( T2 O2 B2 r5 c- J9 ]" Z( U
  `3 x% E; `& z( d8 j+ J$ D/ m; \•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
" H/ z! W* p  y1 z•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
! I: ]$ r- _4 A0 e; ~- @3 V+ n•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
