1 ]9 Z' o) c# s( ^2 P1 k- B•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 o* q1 E3 z- j6 A6 j•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 I! z7 V8 t1 T# @•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
% X3 q$ `+ J2 A& D•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
7 `2 O2 X! b) k' l" Z4 _' q+ E7 ~7 ]; _•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

$ J* S* X6 z6 G4 E
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
