•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
+ b3 d4 H! a9 v: F& f: Z5 qKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
( q# q! h/ ?( M& G9 r9 ^•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
, y# Y& O. X5 P•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
6 w( n+ U" e5 }0 j, p3 @•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
; _  R& ^* Q+ u  y# G6 K& I•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

4 C0 W& @9 d0 R1 ?REQUIREMENTS:

8 n4 i  R" z1 r: Z* q•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ o7 t7 T8 J2 L2 W- o+ c•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
