如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

Landlord see all kind of leave early. They can accept that. We left 6 month early before the lease.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

& C1 w* N2 L$ w- n5 ? A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
