3. Do you think what is the most important in your job?

4. How do you sell your ideas? (if you can understand this question, not very far to get a decent job.)

3. I think the most important in my job is to effectively carry out my duty.  At the same time, a good relationship with the team members and colleagues in other departments is very important because it will give a positive impetus to my work.

9 W: j6 t% {& G' _& x; ?  W* j4. I believe a good idea should be supported by some strong evidences, such as data and examples. So before I show my idea, I will do a lot of researches to find enough evidences to convince people. I should study both advantages and disadvantages of the idea. Then, if the idea really benefits my company, I will make my suggestion.

! e. p" g, P+ f" p/ x7 ^' G# J& ?The safety is always the most important thing, of course. As a good technical staff, to complete the assignment and project on time, on budget and with good quality is another most important issue after safety.

i would sell them to myself first. if my ideas are not acceptible to myself, they would not convince other people as well.
