^; t$ |5 d' A; SJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
* U5 o6 Z6 z# @ ^(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:4 ^, F z5 @" U/ i
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age * X" |8 a' {) n$ q( f
and are University affiliated.
: D( x, b) @2 c' `( n: q+ `' \5 y! ]* ~/ z
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.: m5 q( }) `) X+ k
- t% C7 a+ J& O: \3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over- # g6 m l; p( Q' T
consumption of alcohol, altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service ' v* G0 E+ G+ Q- X& t4 C! U
area when required.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.1 C+ W9 b, ^0 M# K0 A
5 U1 u" k! u' m2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety 3 z& L( y$ P! A% r, Y3 }
of patrons and/or possible negative situations. To be able to work 7 [* W D. }3 `1 q; k; [9 q A
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.: o) }7 ]) Q# m7 C
/ r4 E4 u1 J2 l8 v4 p. y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.. l- d2 g: F' \- M( i2 e
