1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 2000" G2 b% y) Y! ]8 j! J6 C
2 j8 M+ c$ E6 X7 h( s$ `$ k5 @2 \2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

5 Z/ i' t& c0 }. y+ }$ s$ {+ I5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

9 W: K; z1 v: K+ ?1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
' N& S7 n( p2 @$ f$ Cfor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' , s1 N3 u3 Y- m0 l" ]% W5 y; V& g
Union member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or % d1 [2 E& A5 ~& z0 ?' |8 b2 P8 o
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position . W2 b3 g4 b! E) X
with the Students' Union.
