JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

5 o5 L; z2 E3 B6 _DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
- Q9 l$ l: r; xclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
) a3 x2 i- f6 I0 u6 {* k* o" W
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior

- a$ I7 O+ ?4 A; VQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

, q+ T' d3 ^: U/ d4 p3) Cashier experience.

% P# [: h8 S2 h6 w" I( m4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; }: o9 J6 S4 L! U, p0 Z5 k0 m5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
