Food Service Worker I - RATT
(Line Cook: Friday Lunches 11:30am-3pm)

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
0 b! o+ v$ e. ~7 x: K- ^Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

+ S2 q- B1 \' ~" P2 R7 cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
% Y/ C5 |/ P2 Y
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
$ A  V" M# v6 ~
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
( }& C  Z' ^$ {4 I. _) mdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
# g& y  S/ L( I
& m6 U9 q& l1 X. {% q, {6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
0 b, ?5 y3 v5 _- E2 Z# hshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
, i; }/ v: b* H! iManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 @$ `9 c* Q  Q" }$ G0 e5 P! e& M
' N, h5 m3 w) Y7 p1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
; J+ i4 z9 y! y0 a* m3 K
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
