! l$ d8 @% \. U8 d- OOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

- R) ]9 A2 V' u& XDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

% r  _6 T7 [* y# A! \" A1 {1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
& |/ k/ p0 L$ l8 Y/ ?) `* G8 o
  p9 M( U/ m7 T6 N1 L$ l3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
2 b9 ~$ i9 F. |: O! [" nCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

) i5 q! P+ Z* F3 U: K" q) X4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
1 v: \/ @! L! e* Xdeliveries.
  r+ D( k1 z6 y
5 h" o: _9 c% e5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
( v9 D- R) H$ Y5 r+ y) m& `+ W% L
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
% M) G. P7 @/ c: z+ W, p8 b& a. R* i& tshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7 C0 S9 l2 P( ]) p7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

" S1 ^1 N) \" `$ S+ |+ HQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

1 t4 f( O$ m) O$ D; B" w4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

' S" Y1 S: |* t3 v  g6 Y' @5) Good public and staff relations.
