Association (Children Div.) is putting together an Opera performance at
4 a4 V  H4 C# ~* z5 bSUB
theatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2

instructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
the
Cantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
7 w/ H  W7 I4 aAchievements
in Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
Development
Council.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a

0 Z: q! G8 c, Ysongs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
crowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
( h- W* q6 Q3 ^. ]8 kHong Kong
