Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
- B0 T) M& y8 K2 a3 wto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
- ~1 N+ B( {) f& \1 aexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
" z' f6 n0 C3 b2 v( W& S+ Ocoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

- g  U) H% t) F' {8 j* CYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
' Y' H7 y$ C, [service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

5 j7 h% N2 U; T. K6 V+ m$ WQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
