As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
5 \$ L' g1 v4 kassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
7 I8 E" a3 k% X. j9 R6 ?4 a# ugroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
9 m: u, }6 t6 F$ Y1 @' |$ Lprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

$ G% W# \2 o  @( n2 y0 ]As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
, V" D7 [6 _! Z. Z1 R! jsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
