Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
- t+ c9 n  [* }7 o8 T* _assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
! u* y3 N. `  xaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
$ \, S  |6 ~) a+ j/ Sassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

8 j# P2 c+ N  n9 OAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

$ q' f3 S$ a: n5 U2 @% FQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
