& |6 ~; ?6 Z8 r. ^As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
, i% b/ H* ?0 l! `) p- Q; F  Aprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
; @0 n* s1 A7 e' R# o; L7 hsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
