As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
2 O( K: Z. [' d2 I( Lassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
! O# F8 |* A# M! D+ V5 Zgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
8 u: d1 F+ J0 }! ~/ F% L- _addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

( z5 q# `& F; b# `Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
, J3 Z7 n5 Y1 q) u! esupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
