JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

# B( r1 ]1 D9 d( Q+ I, p: {, ISupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

- C, I9 d% a8 L+ J$ ~3 P+ S" BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?- ]% s& _2 d9 \1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
! C% p7 l4 s% P1 v( O& j$ M" yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
; T) S* i {* ?( k% }
) \* u( ~ j |8 A$ ^2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
$ S6 Y% {8 @( L. Y; }print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' y( L3 B( @6 gcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 4 ]4 ^3 ]# R v
keeping appropriate and accurate records./ n1 v \- b0 E% \

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment q7 B# |, ^, _) a' [# b
failures to the Operations Manager.

4 x4 N$ U+ Z4 l( A! q5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
0 h3 c, A9 _& b' o9 ~' dand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

8 X8 f8 T7 X# U3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

+ s: i$ _ E% I3 b4 T$ l4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
