DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:0 t/ E5 {1 e a/ W3 X
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning # N+ c: q' Y* y- L; F7 H: N3 |
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.1 m& i& G( O" I/ n' o
& K$ _/ p7 i; u8 t C" N2 E; S2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 h& c1 C( @4 s$ K" \
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. |' n6 t, r: R. j+ `# U% z
. \/ H3 _% M$ O# ~+ }4 V a# G3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ( S% I4 R7 W+ I
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' k* E6 A3 _/ k7 T, h
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.# m; t# O# Z5 v+ Z$ ?! f) q
