9 d2 C; h" K; h3 vJOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
/ r/ j, w' S2 K+ M: ySU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ; c2 Y4 o- M0 [# q! ?' d" ~
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
a# R: {# v$ t8 a1 Uof Course Pack production.
; Q7 ]$ b" U0 P0 x3 V8 P) f, h* f. i6 n% U7 E7 @
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:( b: z: e7 E/ N9 `/ S
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
+ q9 @9 k1 A5 r, R3 N9 T" v8 uof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% O% z" j1 w3 K) \/ S. q" H# e( r& F# U" @( \
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 I2 }9 J2 H# \( k4 Y! G
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

/ I$ M) w( h& X0 e% k, C" \3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
H/ @7 c% \7 x r3 l2 xcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and - E# J7 y. P% Y
keeping appropriate and accurate records.- q8 x3 h2 G( J4 ~7 h& R$ s
) |5 |4 d' a6 I" K/ g4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
" n" ~, X/ H7 g% Yfailures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
% b" b5 d$ F& T) z$ G1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.9 u7 Z! u2 }; Q
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
