Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
/ p' j: h3 l" K" p( B7 C) dof Course Pack production.
; X; M, \+ i& n& n2 E! x0 e3 d9 ~& O
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 H+ F: b6 y1 C3 ?1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 s( l+ x, {# }% o. Q, q, C9 m
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
4 _+ L( Z4 x' z Z
2 r$ x! ^( O) R4 ]7 x2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including : ]) B+ {0 O: a3 G' B
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.) W/ y+ w( ~- J* I* o2 H4 [

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 K2 ^, `3 c* H8 `
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and " F& l! v3 R3 c K) p! y
keeping appropriate and accurate records.- O4 c9 W* ~- E
; H" y% ^" e4 B4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
) V7 l7 X) |4 w% j" ^failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:$ }( b& G2 V) k6 r) t7 C# ^$ P/ V
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
2 S. @5 \2 S; R2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
. H. l B) E' }( m3 Oskills.
2 { y# l0 ]8 P" R& j) E6 k; g" h# z9 d* F# N9 B- P
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

; Y2 Y; D7 e0 v/ ~! B5 V4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.) M2 U6 S. D3 U& H# m# h
