JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
* z/ r6 f% \2 X) A( q1 qSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 9 I6 ?: g" I; Y( k" U7 {6 M
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
* p4 r0 C0 P* t9 O4 F6 t" q$ {of Course Pack production.

' O& U7 E: X- s& D* w# QDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- l; g# e. `# d
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * O1 D+ M9 {: o8 P! k
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.# f$ H) F( L; @) }8 o$ }
* Z; `5 e5 r# c- c
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including : ?8 P/ O* _8 e) n, A- k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

Q; D( z: v3 g3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of - C( i, }7 C! `; Q% P# c0 q
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.) ~# V+ K; ?% l6 |7 Y3 R% B
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication c( h2 Y0 k( f
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.8 n& y9 [9 c( F% ^% _2 s4 B5 y! @
