SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
$ g) W" I- }( K# F/ L0 VSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects * W% Y$ r* K4 [6 `; q0 `4 O/ m: n
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 w a6 p4 I9 H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ; y- W. @; e4 l4 o: }/ s
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.& w3 P: _( |: m, m
B" v- F# e0 |) ?2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ; a3 f! C% R3 f( [% i5 l! {# c& D2 P
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. }8 z& w* s# p4 T$ G% R
f6 W! Q1 c. Q, o; j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + v3 Q7 d4 c: N; W
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and " Y8 \1 B- U5 \: W
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment , v' Z2 e- z' `. ^6 a& Y
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.4 }8 z0 h8 e% c9 |/ Q" l
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.8 y7 \* \( j1 V3 v

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
