DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/ n8 F+ H6 S# H# [" w3 e$ x) E
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
( I9 E$ q0 r8 _# w5 }( Cof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
6 j: o+ ? S/ ?) O, A# B2 q8 Z* m$ h$ b7 O3 _! I
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
/ W @$ p- ?0 z' E. a/ I3 t) @print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

7 ]- k8 e1 n: F7 J+ ~3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
, g1 X' r% a! {3 S3 ucourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
6 n$ r2 t/ z1 r! | okeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication . {9 I' p# X) V3 n5 ^ h5 H
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.* {0 }' e- }( k f8 q, W
