SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ; x B* q% R. V2 W3 k H
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " z' [* b% e2 Y/ k4 {
of Course Pack production.2 L$ @) e- }6 p
' \8 H" v- g; Y* P5 V1 m9 kDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: N. y9 O3 p/ ~3 W" ?
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
2 s. m# R5 E0 B4 M: `of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% Z4 V2 [- V3 R, X: I7 O/ {& Y
: }, X$ }( K& R& C2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
2 w% S. c6 Q" l* M0 aprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

6 v# u; i& Z) T4 }: h: H: u8 E5 T8 P N3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
8 g) m, g5 @/ Xcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and & ^; q+ V$ M# |8 m
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 4 J1 y, R1 i ~' [3 j) ^
failures to the Operations Manager.

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
7 x0 A5 J$ { d4 E1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
: m; R* S" E9 v0 I) u7 p5 g2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
: H- R4 P% e$ D8 k* w. L9 ~skills.
y$ j! V, W( ~: Z$ d$ e& S# a' `5 z: i: p3 X- B
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
& P$ r/ F Z7 {" W; z3 K7 e8 y$ I- c. Q/ y
4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.2 P4 U$ \9 ]! R; J& F- u" C; V- t
+ `7 C& X8 W" X( n. H2 k" ?5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
