JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- % e/ }- w+ q9 ~6 Y' q

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 6 C* M/ c- y+ M. ^2 n8 [7 q8 |

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ m+ r- c4 p. J# v; U6 O1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 9 D; p0 S5 K2 W Q# w7 ^% `
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 Z2 A. A6 F: z3 B8 ]+ t t" v
& J5 t; M# [: U/ z: j2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
& c9 w) e! |" v- F- U1 Jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! W# Z5 M! R- z' E1 O! t: q+ C6 Z/ H
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 ?2 v7 F. X* a6 w9 B
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment % u* k& }7 I8 ~5 f( }8 B

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.5 E; F6 p1 @& v/ G
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication & N8 I7 q. B# S' B% ?
skills.
