JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
5 \9 }# M" k+ hSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
# W7 K8 [7 j' Q& x7 rSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects - ]: C5 m7 @2 R8 W! V% H5 ~
of Course Pack production.

! W3 C- M3 T# D7 z& r) XDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:6 B* ~# {; o& N8 Q! Z
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
8 a, q' x* y: R5 K+ b( x- j( Y3 H3 B @of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.& u+ i+ c) D$ o# `
' S! y- L" w# {, i7 s& K% M r
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including t/ z2 u' \7 B" o. I( e
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.& n( b; X8 U" n9 k: H( p6 A2 R& V& U
5 k+ Z8 ~% Q( e( I2 V3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
( ] u! q; S1 [1 W$ ~9 c( zcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
3 u; D! @' i# w3 j% y1 Gkeeping appropriate and accurate records.( Z2 n' G b3 w: w' l* v+ }
! E5 Q& s) w; ?! F- ]# C% E4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment - l4 O! g- V0 B# c9 i, W

! C5 z* N2 ?! L% X5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

skills.
