Sure it is advantage. Some people, when they are getting old, they have to sell their single house and move to condo or townhouse.

对有小孩的好些。因有地下室，可放很多杂物。如地下室finished的，小孩也可做个Play room. 如condo，就只有放在壁橱里。
时间长了，东西会愈来愈多的。
夏天也可避暑用。
