而我的情况是：我是学电力系统的，国内在电力系统从事专业工作10余年，有电力设计和一定的基建施工经验。希望尽快能够找到工作，（包括踏入Electrician行业，）开始养家糊口。

/ N( B! ?" E5 u, ~4 L所以我想参加一期短期电工证培训，考个电工牌，最好在那里能够积累一些动手经验。有这样的培训班吗？

) z- p0 o; K0 k' j7 \) E2 X另外能够熟练应用 AotoCAD，要找Designer or Draftor，在爱城有机会吗？

对了，另外Power Engineering Certificate - 4th Class对以你的背景找工很有帮助，最高为class 1，很多公司职位都要求有这个Certification.

Note: Certificate is the most important document to show your technology. However, some company will test your real knowledge and practice. For example, please help me fix this electrical oven, and at least you need to find the problem what happend. If you can do that, this boss would like to hire you right away even you have no certification or formal trade. It is not a big deal. By the way, I know you have already view the Nait's website. I suggest that you'd better find the number and call them and tell them your situation, I think they will give you a satisfied answer. Four year's program is not fit you.

I want to find a short training course for the person who hopes to pass the exam for lisence of electricain and to get some work experience,apprenticeship or co-op opportunity in it ,unfortunatly I could not find it in the website of  www.norquest.ca either.

我有一段没来这个板块了，今天才发现又收到几位朋友的回复。

实言相告，我还没有找到适合的电工培训班。给　Norquest去了个e-mail,得到一个回复要询问我的专业背景，并被告知需要相关工作经历。可我从没干过电工！也只好如实相告，然而从此没有音讯。

  P3 x+ W7 \  k8 n8 R" I那位朋友有此经验，欢迎交流。
