申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
1 ]5 O9 f! {% B/ H' D; ^and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 w+ B! d' h& i8 ~* P. i+ T0 xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

9 G1 U' H, Z: O7 B, t/ pThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( J' [& i) m9 J9 n; c: Y1 U2 f(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 c+ F8 m7 I' G7 ~, U) z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
