a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, a- n8 d3 G, ~  _8 oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 M; \. E$ R6 _5 T. cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" H4 P; n! k9 r# m  ]+ l) Jintegrated system/circuit design.

0 X- @- ?1 D1 }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ y3 G1 C- m! U0 }2 T% A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  A0 ^( g  I5 L/ @3 _% G. u(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
