Graduate Fellowships

, `+ ?4 u' V' a; F2 tPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 K, E; E* L" b& i' _enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 ~# M9 e- ^2 L" R( x" rintegrated system/circuit design.
& X  ~7 ~+ B  P  h9 [) U* D
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
1 b, O: F& l1 ?- A: |' ?(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) m' k, |; g6 H( \# S1 r(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
# m# w: X. Y* O( ]9 T(e) A good team work player.
