a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

1 j6 P/ c$ P$ hc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) q3 M8 g4 n% Z+ ?* K) t) uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& j: f+ W! b& E& \8 f. }# ZPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( v0 h" e# U, u% ^7 o/ T& Eintegrated system/circuit design.
# |& ^4 l; E* Q
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 S& k9 _9 T6 _, d' N(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" z" `' I9 {* F0 D4 F% j- S& d(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
! o, y8 e& g7 T: }( \3 D# F' F8 }7 z, e(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
