4 A7 d& ?+ g2 _" {a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
% Z7 k5 h9 i4 g) Dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

; U- }! C/ J; d; KPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 T7 l0 X9 ~- J; W, U, M# @" _enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 s3 T) M& }' W; \: t+ W+ vand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 f: X0 }2 ]/ U1 ]Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% G- n0 o9 e; x1 g/ yintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 c' k! p8 C) k4 P; V8 Q" T) V. t+ ~(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
