' q& f1 p8 }9 e1 j2 l* `. [a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
5 g) o0 i. |( j4 p. u% Wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

% J& _6 o* y% f# P8 \. M" YPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& Y; k8 ~* d9 B" M% e2 Benthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
2 A3 |' W5 t0 ^  u! s" Qand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

' |# ^6 O2 W2 O" I( G" z* \The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 P* G: P& g5 w# Y% s(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ H. `/ d) r; m' q/ \) m1 w+ Z! k1 W8 I(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
1 ?4 v- g9 R1 A, G7 y(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 z: c6 k" Y, \( J. X: d0 Y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
