% h+ G* C. ^6 p. r* i8 t- oJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ V. I0 Z! U$ l4 C/ o+ H& }: ?
- n  B# `$ ^0 F5 m- Y  v" ]4 f, @1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

! Z; y2 p/ Q" X5 E2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
! _5 C( |) g" y3 J  N2 |
; X9 I; M0 W8 e) k3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

! F, ?' W# p! @3 ]3 H1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

6 U; \2 O; X. S+ n2) Cashier experience.

' ^" r. i- w5 y3 C! W  `3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
/ H) q' k& l$ K/ p3 u" ~2 x4 W
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

' h* A. A5 T, q) u, q9 e6 @7 e5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
