7 ]4 p9 o( |& h6 u; X5 O( KJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

' E& {% ?1 b3 S; p; t0 t1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
' F2 `( F; Z7 i. r" Z* c
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
( K9 `# x  y9 y; M1 s5 b
+ d* }3 H. O* g7 W2 p3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

" e- i' s' J9 J- n+ [) r8 B, r5) Serve as cashier when required.

8 |+ D3 z! s5 G/ a& a7 f1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

3 Z0 E0 `5 b! \# V: j4 z! q9 M3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

+ e* [- a3 ?0 d+ L1 z4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

' h0 `; E. q) L0 Q+ i5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
