JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% z: N3 f1 u) p2 A
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
' I. |6 _" U0 }3 ?$ x
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
& s" L' Q1 E# c3 o; d$ r$ `5 P
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

( |/ s. I! E% H7 V4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

) {8 s0 b+ h. c5 L5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

; t( l2 j$ y; X$ r; I7 I1 R3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
