• monitor progress of agency service providers and coordinators

• build and maintain collegial and strong working relationships with staff

• identify community and user needs and trends

• identify community needs and trends

• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups) h0 |. P4 F4 u. F6 z
• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.

6 R' S4 ^1 J5 j# H" t/ d+ N# I- University degree in a related field;
- B9 T8 N( ~- [6 X) [" U/ i n- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;+ s0 s T- [! B l
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management; $ ~- a+ \0 y2 \, Y; F3 o: P
- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization & v7 K" E/ T. z9 Q0 M) V) d; P

- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits
