• prepare, complete and submit all program proposals including budgets and reports to the funders and key stakeholders

• implement and monitor programs and community activities to meet identified needs and trends

• delivery of program or activity to participants as required

• build, maintain strong relationships with all levels of governments, businesses, community groups, public & funders4 ?1 _( g+ o z- x+ n' h# n1 ~
• communicate the value of the organization to the public: X0 P# _# o4 w* [# @1 w% Y
• identify community needs and trends q4 x* T+ V* X2 w
• coordinate and monitor significant programs through liaison/partnership with other community groups
* ?' T( f. N0 s0 [$ n$ V8 [- T• advocate, educate, promote cross-cultural respect & understanding of immigrants, visible minorities & other at risk or multi-risks groups& C V) K: j6 c( X' o. r0 J4 X
• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.

- University degree in a related field; 5 b2 X% m3 C* n8 P* u
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;% K$ v0 n+ F( Q+ w/ Z
- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
! Y& J& |9 n4 o l' R- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization
