愁都与我们无关，舞姿歌声都发自我们心底。不需要专业的培训，也没有华丽, M# M( E. S/ g

的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University* W+ @, c. K8 J) k _ C, e
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the9 o9 g! S7 g; U7 o. R
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
& _) K0 O- v& ?9 l# k# x( @ cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and/ O, G6 |3 `$ u; A2 C/ [: H
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on- W. H- T4 w/ C7 L7 v
this broad land.' M @/ v: W k; N% t' i' W P
2 `4 `9 b1 h3 QWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to R, E i/ Z9 b' H, o; P; h1 m
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and. d2 q! M5 X. _9 E* J
talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in3 O- k/ r1 u- l6 M5 w1 U! a* ~% C
performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
; t3 [5 k% r3 P, U9 V" w' I+ _ ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in B$ u; a( _; N8 }
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a

As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs R, A: o1 z c, O8 Q
sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
" C2 h* P' q3 C" l$ e& E4 ] stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any: T6 K; L5 [; B" M
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your' o. f( O6 M7 ^0 W9 b! g) b* X
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
2 m; J0 _1 o0 c comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since: ]. y( d( ^4 F" W0 _: c
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively. `5 r) a# r" v9 [8 R2 S3 N
- P1 h) \9 u1 OMeanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
3 d5 g& W) g2 `+ ^! L2 ?3 {+ V on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
