烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)7 X6 E3 x$ \& \# Q
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten8 d# H; C9 n+ h6 _& t

PREPARATION:
6 Q( v' y U( l! ^ pBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
3 c% j9 ]8 y' ?: r& ~Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 6 C1 W& G( y; {) s+ s- k
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
