烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:
) T) ]4 }) |# Q, k" s! zBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
! u$ U! R s, C6 Q. gTurn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. % `" y8 l" s; i8 {
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered., h. Y& T% b2 `: |3 h( B# w

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
