Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee

  x5 k: W: A5 C; E8 H' CAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
