Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
# R* e& q6 H" O5 W! r1 S9 tand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
* a  P$ O& }/ |7 c; RDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
