ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the
University of Alberta, is focusing on the production and service of

  T' Q  D6 K2 H) Ftechnology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
: S$ V6 ]! e1 f$ F% W- Irelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
# R2 ^3 d8 Q* X; }% i' z! R7 Gfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
- `& d% L9 V: Z9 `) c% I& Ucloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
  O% o" {, @* M2 ^+ s- V2 Nover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
( u# j( z/ @4 a  [6 fis a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
. |  g( S4 [3 N$ T2 Dthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
+ }# R" z7 l% i1 Caccurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external
funding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated
salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
