Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required
9 C7 p8 G: U0 kExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

) _( w- ^- `' \Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Ability to precisely follow written and verbal directions.
