Biotech Technologist Position Available

Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. 7 g; u t) _1 k0 b! `8 A$ W

Skills and Abilities Required
, J5 d3 F7 L3 iExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.$ ^! E2 ?& S( R: l# s

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. 8 I, i/ [* }3 z2 d
% @" V, ~: d0 d- v! P3 n- Q% N' AHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.; I8 F8 N- }" X8 E; r/ W

Minimum Qualifications
