Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. # f& c1 |" f2 C" x) B/ \3 A

Skills and Abilities Required 5 `; N2 r6 M$ o8 T
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

9 f$ b1 j! f- U2 I rPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.
