BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
b* `0 }: T8 N2 [$ w' G0 W) i-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

: U7 H/ @' C4 G* r: l9 U) LManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress., c- H# W b( u W x6 f# I

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.: m; u. @# [ O, `
! [: l* ?: G! i7 Y. m1 ~9 E
One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project." B O) P( H8 e6 \+ e* L" X
- g* L6 F, o& }0 `" X% V
HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.4 L2 Y# T2 \' A& M r

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
