Interview 1: by manager and technical leader# x+ J9 \6 z9 y p* X
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.; N7 S) X1 s* f3 h9 Z* ^

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

6 g, g7 G: ?" L5 CFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

3 b- W* Q: h, s7 K9 o" oThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me., R1 _7 C- I3 B4 N0 ], X3 y
% S' q5 h8 P, _5 b9 X8 \9 KOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

$ A- m1 k c _, o$ _0 `HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.3 x, e3 i, Q0 v U6 F

One hour later, I got a reject email!
