% T5 a% V* h) y2 ~$ E+ U•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
7 t; _8 O0 F$ U$ X+ ]•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
; {2 P9 g& P: q2 @  f7 r•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* ]/ b; h) @  \. c•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
( E  ?2 R! g% w# i4 G$ D' w! v•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
' |1 L& I& P* b8 j•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
