Skills and Competencies:
6 E& n2 q, w5 z4 K•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
+ p- [- e, r8 p# E" @' C•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
; n% F3 L1 L3 f& t; E•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
  l+ C% k5 w. l% N+ A0 o9 ~7 u4 o•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
! C+ `  f/ R; J; n! i•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
: ^- }$ O3 `; G: B) y•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
