•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
% u9 b6 u- p- {# k9 Q, p$ h•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
) _4 z4 O4 C, u& J! k! H. O•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

* D( ~3 M  r- C7 m% H7 P4 ~6 t•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
# l" U  d  C2 \( u2 _/ [•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
