shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
: `+ g, X# C( _place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.

then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.( N% \* d* S6 ?
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.+ q* e. M9 F8 R4 R
