place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
! Q# b7 E2 i& M% k/ S( Dthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
, Q( b; V% H" c. I3 Lthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
