Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

% M |5 Q H$ I0 E- c2 {0 }= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
; a8 U+ z' N; i: g# O' }= Children under 5 years old are Free. x* G3 T. A0 A9 c' y- H4 c

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days." c. e$ T7 c) t5 b a

8 J/ R J7 G: A& @' a$ C- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
4 {' y- P1 N; M' i3 S% f, m5 F- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria% ^; J/ I( |' x

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver. ( N' f0 L) x' w& S9 |& d9 d4 q/ s
