时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for; k$ m/ J3 J7 T! D+ q
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.
' J0 _$ X( b3 J* C* k- o' g( }# b& L# U5 o/ {
Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials' w# Q/ d, G) r1 Q- a5 m1 f- h
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different3 ~& v0 s: u- D$ u
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.2 R7 c$ S& L% q6 Y0 ^
1 q* f5 H0 r, V1 K2 o, Y3 yCertified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
