(Full time: 35 hours per week)

- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.2 _$ n7 f8 c9 T" m
- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
1 T5 X% V4 x' V2 S( s; R- reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team

- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
- h8 X0 ^7 @' d- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies+ `0 `. @* v# y) W5 b
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members
3 ]% ]# T+ Q, x+ p! C- update ASSIST website
1 P w& `2 Q* v% R l- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
0 @- a j y3 r$ z1 Z7 n$ b- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

! y: J W/ h5 `/ I- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education / c: |+ W" \* f6 V; U2 U

- experience in community work and immigrant services9 |% K- y/ c, L/ H" b
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
