Responsible for specialization in workstation image management

Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support! o3 I N9 ?1 P/ w7 y
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP

Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
# f4 s6 } F! M2 c3 j4 FRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer9 o _7 Z9 m) O
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
