The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

2 N' ~: D+ b3 `/ W8 @- q' Z# A5 wHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

) T+ T* n. t6 }" C; C& wPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

4 \1 |! @" |0 B, k7 f3 f+ x' d- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
; Q' w9 G" X, f: g$ i  w" `- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

/ d: b* E8 {* O$ o9 BAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
