. D7 X0 b% d! X4 n6 xThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
9 a3 U4 d4 H5 C/ s" p6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

$ K+ c+ G" @# t* }4 MPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

; i8 [( x! p3 e+ Y6 B& c= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
1 y, [3 X- l8 i0 a- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
3 d. ?- a5 W' D" w7 }, v5 y- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
0 S$ S. q3 K" G  e+ n, w
# f. r' B$ q+ b) R
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
$ W9 K) _) A1 w& q' C$ |, i  v- r- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
