  l# y% o* r( o3 A1 m  i. IThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

4 R# F; B3 @9 g  t- Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
* v8 x1 r0 _/ w- N4 k) _' U5 P- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
