The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

; ~" ~9 Q* \* W! vHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

% u. N9 q8 k/ O7 V3 o1 ~= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

' o; k4 y/ C) W" {( W2 S- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
/ i8 t; q  n+ M, y- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
  `" P; D) d8 E+ X- K# L$ [- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

. o% X- Z( Q( T+ T; g5 lAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
