The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

1 h( x/ v8 r. f1 J! |4 l# }Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
5 B2 m6 U, u; F" l' K6 I1 C- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

" C* w- U& S* [% ]- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
7 Q  _6 y: R3 O1 t) |- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
