Maybe you're looking at the antonym - opposite meaning. Thus the antonym for "awesome" could be "terrible". The meaning of "terrible" has therefore, an opposite meaning of  "awesome". Apologies if that didn't make sense. But just look carefully.

awesome是很口语化的词
' F8 H2 @4 U( P+ ^可以和cool互相替换 但赞赏的意味更加强烈
也可以和sweet互相替换 但感情的东西更少一点

要是别人说你 he is a cool guy 那表示他认同你
若是说he is an awesome guy 那则是很欣赏你
. d$ g9 P8 H/ M+ I* q% c9 w, {
8 N: B  m% \% e- I" L" y( s要是女孩子跟你撒娇说 ohh u r so awesome 表示她很感激你
; n4 u2 E3 v3 ?5 K7 u要是说 oh u r sweet... *wink* 那则有flirt的意味了... 个人认为blonde chicks很喜欢用sweet这个词...
