to rent a car from rental company, you have to need a class 5.

to rent a car from friends, you will be covered by friends's car insurance. But in case of at fault accident, his insurance will be affected .
another way is to go to driving school,but that will be very pricy.

one more option is to get licesne 7 and get insurance from state farm and register your own veh,so you practice in your own veh with someone with full 5 sitting besides you. if you want insurance ,just call  451 3666 (David) from state farm.
