Coordinates and implements detailed space plans to address customer space

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance. Other duties may

1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of1 H. m$ ?0 w. q% G- d
furniture specifications for client offices. Travels to client’s location to$ k. T4 {; {; q* V/ P

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,& F; s4 l9 n/ r9 y" v+ w/ q2 R8 ^
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
% ]. j! a0 S$ B. M( @3 ^+ ddrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for1 s3 C1 h8 A5 w8 V6 H4 s7 P
specification and installation.
. t8 N- T$ Q5 {+ _9 T# C: |. D. e0 i3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning" E( v9 n8 F8 Y7 W& u
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these. O$ ]7 T8 E3 b( h [

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
! d4 v* V1 q; S$ L! e4 |6 yroutine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.
5 N& t! B. I k3 J" H; i$ `$ h5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction5 j# }5 G, T1 z) y0 T1 r
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job/ ], y3 |5 h. Z2 Y7 t S5 l8 X, F
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

% F$ f5 [2 S2 q5 p, Massures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes
* \5 L/ L7 C9 S, q! I& Cand revisions.
. Y( V& C1 |$ }! E9 S8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
' i% v. C a! ]1 {8 U: G- y, O Ninspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
4 _" [: L% S) b( H& u9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.
; s! v* A) g U* c9 U10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.
- [% [' J4 K8 f1 B$ X# k" P11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

- R6 C e1 p, m$ O2 nBachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a

experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general! [+ S! E$ }% \& S0 o
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.4 H3 H: h+ s) q$ [. m8 }) Y
