Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

2 s6 D. `( A8 k& _% H# i4 T(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
: s% L- E% ~# n  X0 r6 u  y( KHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
) V  a2 t& x8 R1 O2 v: M0 V' Z' Z
2 ^0 P( o, O- r' K  I5 wDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

9 T' u* z1 Y: S- a6 M% |Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

( m% g% d8 E& t$ u( `Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
% \2 |& `( ~3 uWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
4 U2 ?  s+ T% o* v, a! a1 DHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
