7 L; M- G* K3 B/ g+ o6 ]Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

. k) ~* N3 [3 w3 N0 J9 ^7 S+ j(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
9 [. X. |: l2 r; W; O  F  h+ T, NHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
$ a4 h$ Z- M7 D; o+ w, B1 x
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
4 n9 ]5 P% J( ~5 j- j0 i( bHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

! o7 d' m, K$ r0 vDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
