Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time, ]. N! u$ h E% n1 T9 z/ U' q( x5 c0 y: t
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
$ t/ i( U5 q1 ^7 ^9 K" v* c
: G8 d6 k F, r0 mDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.- @( q/ g( i7 F2 m( F) A5 F

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time1 G( w: P; C" `$ Y) n' O
Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre; h0 k3 ^/ O1 a/ {& h
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm
