警察上不上法庭实际上没有什么关系,因为市政府/警察局常年聘用律师在交通庭坐镇,一场不落。当事警察到场不过就是多一个证人而已。如果你有把握推翻此案,则没有当事警察你就占了大便宜。其他几位的主意不错,错可以认,态度要好,但是可以哭穷,以得到减免待遇。 & C/ v$ w' |. O2 |+ h @6 P# A3 y C' R8 K8 o. X, K
