本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

6 l$ `$ C; E6 Q因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
0 P+ V# W( T- F& H( w有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

7 }) a# I  z7 I4 J6 p9 d) h请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
