2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。9 {# b9 f$ x$ F1 Y" P- n
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: " r! K& _" o3 Q3 S/ C
2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。
: \' S+ i5 s; i$ x0 CBut of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die2 q; {& W! R; z
+ B8 b$ t( g. x9 ], p" F8 [3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。 @1 i% T. [& v+ Q
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
, N. v" b2 A5 t3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。- |- b+ n4 R& }- u" T
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
) c- k3 E3 b5 \3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。
, |+ Y2 G6 q7 B* e2 TAnd unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; " {8 l' Y. 3:18 地必给你长出荆棘和蒺藜来,你也要吃田间的菜蔬。
) j0 p8 B5 M. hThorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
' O- D2 W$ K. Q3 k5 M5 j3 p6 V3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。
5 z j1 e+ {" X. AIn the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. + ^. Y9 G y e& ]
3:20 亚当给他妻子起名叫夏娃,因为她是众生之母。
# z; r0 @# z! q$ M) l0 x; x5 g0 nAnd Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. 1 _. P4 z5 l7 u9 ]
3:21 耶和华神为亚当和他妻子用皮子作衣服给他们穿。
9 E5 s3 V, n/ g7 H; ]- |1 sUnto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
1 F, g# ~2 E+ Y2 U( v. F! W* g3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。0 }) \0 ~' |# B8 n
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
& B2 z$ ^, q$ x3 N9 p3:23 耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去,耕种他所自出之土。
3 l5 e7 U! C/ ITherefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. . V r; o- t3 h3 k' }
3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。
9 G0 p$ V+ z: |9 h. d, B" j' |So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
