5 T3 n: c" c7 P# |8 yGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.* X! [6 U. D; Y; T" }0 T$ U0 l% Y
2 k S0 ]3 F9 I6 c. x; s0 h) ^, XAccounting and Admin:
' g! r) l k; P; i0 m5 yo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
. G5 P/ s' G) j5 e. W% s! co Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
1 T* T" G. {+ }$ i! o1 I4 U6 m" vo Receive P.O.s in Glovia. J; a2 e- J* \" O0 b
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.# ^" V' z; W$ r- W( ^2 _$ {
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
, l5 P& P4 o" k1 m6 j* y( X" To Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.. O% G7 ^9 G4 u0 D& K1 \* R7 t
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
, [ Q2 Q9 a1 Q. x: Po Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

Operational:
. w4 `9 V+ P: q7 Fo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
! W/ W. m1 A, i% G. S: U( T6 ^$ o5 Po Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
2 k/ L2 G, u0 C5 i0 ~o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
! \- g' s5 M9 M$ {o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
& R, \/ y) [* t$ N6 T# w! f) oClerical:
( q/ j0 u" l4 x7 U7 M) t1 co Telephone and reception.
" s2 \4 O9 D1 [' z* eo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server. |$ c+ h2 y3 ?; @' O9 J# b
o Hotel and travel bookings.
. g Q* i( Y& s5 s: Oo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
6 q) l, \1 B: Ko Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.0 h: `2 k% J3 e+ I$ w$ e$ w
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:

) Y2 _2 |/ b8 `- H• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.' m/ t/ ?; C1 X; D
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.- Y C( o1 W6 Y- y& r
• Proven ability to show initiative.
