8 K1 p; r" [; Q" W; A We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
: |$ a% s! I( M. Z% m
Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
# s0 b8 Z/ j/ Y' ^6 r; H•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
( M6 V& `. \9 v) s•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
& f3 g/ V1 v# N! ~5 K. ]•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
* `8 ?  G; J( v8 ^- c, g2 e' G, q. E•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
1 m& k, w0 M( S& s$ e2 R+ R•        Degree in the area of human services;
) k- _& ?2 x$ ]•        Able to travel extensively ;
4 c) J; G9 ]* \/ [9 T; s•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
