% I1 A9 k# a4 b9 G8 U8 e  L  ` We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

. T  \* Y3 p7 E  UDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
6 _, J6 L( i" n, F; E# ?•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
( S  z" h6 A- p•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
8 `# t! A' j" ]/ I, d3 d•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
, s" d; d- Z2 N•        Degree in the area of human services;
2 g$ A1 z. W& ]/ ^5 S1 b•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
3 Z0 \; ~9 a( c6 U•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
