We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

4 F# b  ~! X' G+ v3 o2 DDuties:
2 S: U4 `% l( p! j0 t* G•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
1 ]( B/ ^) }; x2 Y8 M1 L' a•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
- V7 P  i" Z8 p" b$ k( k! \, I6 l•        Degree in the area of human services;
- ]) J% L% _' j$ K9 m, a•        Able to travel extensively ;
  ?9 c- F$ ]" l' N/ t•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
% {. \5 @0 S- G, V8 P: F  |' Z/ U•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
