We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
6 C; \5 S$ m& V( z& h•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
6 W, d1 K  P# A; F% Z. S, I•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
8 D' U9 c9 k  O( Y$ a4 d•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
9 w+ W0 k2 x) n2 [0 _! \•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
' z. {9 S" M# q; W& J" i- N•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
0 s0 X9 \! d- h( q/ P•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
