We are dedicated to helping Edmonton's High Risk youth population become healthy, contributing/creative members of Edmonton's main stream community. * f% W, O% K$ H& t1 [% C

Our harm reduction program is creative arts based & involves long term support and relationship building with youth. We work closely with other community organizations + employ a vibrant mix of social service experts and professional artists. We are a small (nine staff), dedicated team. 1 s. K7 l0 R) L: i* k2 w, ^
2 e- J# I$ L% w* `% FWe have ambitious plans for a new purpose built building, and a corresponding expansion of the program. Are you the one to guide and join us through this process? We are looking for an organized/energetic individual who will lead the iHuman staff in team/leadership building. Who will be able to coach staff in creating effective programming as well as passionately interpret the iHuman "story" to funders and community agencies.: W% U/ E/ d8 B
